How To Mix HEAVY Drums At Home

What’s the best way to mix heavy drums at home? Meaning, drums NOT recorded out of a high-end pro studio.

This is part 1 of a 3-part video series where I remix an old mix of mine from way back in 2010.

The original mix was less than stellar and I was curious to see what I could do with those old tracks today.

Given the experience and knowledge I’ve gained over the last 11 years, I couldn’t help but wonder what would come of this little experiment. I gotta say that I’m stoked with the results.

I can safely say that the new mix is exactly what I was going after back in 2010.

I just didn’t have the knowledge or experience to pull it off back then.

The thing is I didn’t wanna stop there… I want YOU to be able to learn and benefit from this experiment by giving you direct access to the exact same multitracks that I’m mixing in the 3-part series this week.

Let’s mix heavy drums at home together.
